Land Acquisition

After visiting several sports performance facilities in 2020, MASH determined there was a significant need for space in the Twin Cities market. In searching for nearly a year, we were able to identify a 12.7 acre parcel of land in Savage, MN. Savage provides great long-term growth opportunity for MASH. Conveniently located in Scott County, Savage is situated in the fastest-growing county in Minnesota, and was one of the fastest growing counties in the United States over the last twenty years. From 2010 to 2015, the County’s population increased by nine percent, and a projected growth from 142,436 people in 2016 to 199,520 residents by 2040.

On June 24th, 2022, we officially acquired the land and all city entitlements were granted. We now had a clear path to development the site as proposed.

With nearly 1300 youth baseball teams ages 10U-14U in the Twin Cities, and player resources and training opportunities at an all time high, the market exploded in its demand for organized, club baseball. We are positioned as the premier club in the market through exceptional customer service and producing incredible player development results. We will execute the same customer service and coaching standards as we implement development opportunities in other sports.
