Project Details

The MASH Campus is located at 6510 130th Street, Savage, MN, 55378 on 12.7-acres. In phase one, we will construct a 68,000 sf sports performance facility, including a multi-purpose field house (270’x180’) with 50’ ceilings, 12 batting cages, a state of the art strength and conditioning space, an orthopedic clinic for physical therapy and rehabilitation, and office/studio space for nutrition, psychology, and all other sports performance needs.

The Campus will immediately serve the expansion of our sold-out baseball and strength training businesses. We have strategically partnered with a prominent orthopedic company, offering full-service athletic medicine on site. This approach, unlike anything in the Twin Cities, will provide athletes a comprehensive athletic training facility.

Land Acquisition | 6.24.2022

In searching for nearly a year, we were able to identify a 12.7 acre parcel of land in Savage, MN on June 24th, 2022, we officially acquired the land and all city entitlements were granted. We now had a clear path to develop the site as proposed. Read More

We will break ground on October 11th, 2022 with plans to receive our certificate of occupancy by Fall 2023. The first phases will include all public infrastructure, including the 68,000 sf facility that will serve as the MASH home for decades to come. Read More.

The second phase of the development will consist of building two, multipurpose turf fields. The varsity field will play 330’ down the lines and 400’ to center field. The size of the varsity field will allow for full size soccer and football competition. The youth field is designed as 250’ all the way around for training and youth competition. Read More.
