Phase One
As part of the land closing, we received all required city entitlements to move forward with full construction. We broke ground on October 10, 2022 with plans to receive our certificate of occupancy in January of 2024. We will continue construction in the spring. The steel structure supporting a clear-span 270’ x 180’ field house will arrive in June. The facility, once completed, will include:
